Pupil Premium Grant

Pupil Premium is a grant from the government and is given to schools to pay for resources and provision to help pupils reach their full potential regardless of their background or financial situation, Reception class to Year 6. It is provided for pupils who:

• Are registered for free school meals
• Have been registered for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years
• Are, or have been, in care
• Have parents in the Armed Forces (this is known as Service Pupil Premium)

The school uses money in various ways to support individuals and groups of children. Each year the school publishes how the grant has been spent and its impact.
